What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation, work email, sector, battery format, chemistry and your message. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is your consent, given in the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
How it reaches us
Your enquiry is delivered to the Dynovy team by email, either through an email delivery service acting on our behalf or through your own email app. It is not sold or passed to anyone else for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, and delete it after that.
Website statistics
The site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not build profiles of visitors. The site itself sets no cookies. Like every web server, the hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
